Teriyaki Beef with Pineapples


  • Combine beer, soy sauce, onion, ginger, garlic and sugar; pour over meat and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
  • Peel and core pineapple. Slice it into 1/4 inch rings.
  • Preheat broiler.
  • Remove steak from marinade and arrange in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Dip the pineapple slices in the reserved marinade and add them to the baking pan in a single layer.
  • Broil steak and pineapple 2-4 minutes on each side.
