Teriyaki Beef with Pineapples

Ingredients
Teriyaki Beef with Pineapples
1 lb.
Boneless sirloin steak, sliced into strips ¼ inch thick

Medium onion, chopped
1 clove
Garlic, minced
2 tsps.
Powdered ginger
2 tbsps.
Sugar
½ cup
Beer
¼ cup
Soy sauce

Medium pineapple
Teriyaki Beef with Pineapples
Directions
- Combine beer, soy sauce, onion, ginger, garlic and sugar; pour over meat and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
- Peel and core pineapple. Slice it into 1/4 inch rings.
- Preheat broiler.
- Remove steak from marinade and arrange in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Dip the pineapple slices in the reserved marinade and add them to the baking pan in a single layer.
- Broil steak and pineapple 2-4 minutes on each side.
