Dirty Blonde Caesar

Lemon
Celery salt
1-2 oz
Vodka
2 oz
Blonde beer
4
Dashes Tabasco sauce
2
Dashes Worcestershire sauce
Clamato juice/ Caesar mix
Fresh cracked pepper
Garnish: celery stick, lemon wedge, pickle spears, pickled beans, etc.
Dirty Blonde Caeser
Directions
- Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a tall glass, then turn it upside down onto a plate of celery salt.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Add vodka, blonde beer, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire and the remaining juice from the lemon wedge.
- Top up with Clamato juice and a generous grinding of pepper.
- Taste and adjust with more Worcestershire or tabasco, if desired.
Garnish with a lemon wedge, a celery stick, pickles, etc.
